Climb for Kenya – join one of our four teams in August each taking on the highest mountains in Ireland

Mountain Challenge August 2016

20 August 2016
Counties Kerry, Mayo, Down and Wicklow, Ireland

Saturday 20 August 2016

We’re venturing back to the hills and looking for people like you to come and join us in a rewarding challenge.

We’re going to climb one of the highest mountains in the four provinces of Ireland. There will be one team in each province:

  • Carrauntoohill, Co. Kerry
  • Croagh Patrick, Co. Mayo
  • Slieve Donard, Co. Down
  • Lugnaquilla, Co. Wicklow

If you haven’t climbed a mountain before, don’t worry, there will be a route suitable for you!

You can choose your mountain, county and province. All four teams will be climbing the different mountains at the same time and will be supported by experienced guides.

The fee to climb: €50*

*All proceeds go to vital funds that help people in rural areas of Kenya through programmes with schools, health facilities and community groups.
