Friends of Londiani delivers ambulance to Londiani District Hospital

The New Ambulance
Friends of Londiani in partnership with Irish Aid funded and delivered an ambulance to Londiani District Hospital on 26th February 2009.
Londiani District Hospital services the Kipkelion District of 206,000 people, and has no ambulance of its own. It is hoped that this ambulance will make a huge difference to the health of the people in the Kipkelion District. Great celebrations were had on the day of the handover!
